- We're finalizing session details and speaker confirmations. The complete agenda with timings, session titles, and speaker information will be published 8-10 weeks before the event. Sign up below to be notified when it's released.
- Can I attend just one day?
- Yes! While we encourage attending both days for the full experience, you can register for individual days based on your interests and availability. Registration options for single-day passes will be available.
- Will sessions be recorded?
- Selected sessions including keynotes and major panel discussions will be recorded and made available to registered participants after the event. Workshop sessions are typically not recorded due to their interactive nature.
- Can I propose a workshop or presentation topic?
- Absolutely! We welcome proposals from practitioners, researchers, and innovators. Please contact us at info@beeseasy.org with your proposal including title, abstract, and speaker information.
- Are there networking opportunities between sessions?
- Yes! We've built in dedicated networking time including structured B2B matchmaking sessions, informal receptions, and exhibition viewing periods where you can connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and exhibitors.
- What language will sessions be conducted in?
- All main sessions will be conducted in English with Swahili interpretation available for select sessions. Workshop sessions may be offered in both English and Swahili depending on facilitator and participant needs.
