3. Substitutions and Transfers
- If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitution may be made at no additional cost. Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days before the event.
- The request must include the full name and contact details of the original ticket holder and the replacement attendee.
- Once a ticket has been transferred, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
How to request a substitution
Email info@pollination.africa with the subject line "Ticket Transfer Request" and include both the original registrant's details and the replacement attendee's full name, email, and phone number.
4. No-Show Policy
Refunds will not be granted for "no-shows" — delegates who do not attend the event and fail to notify the organizers within the cancellation windows outlined in Section 2.
Failure to attend the event for any reason, including travel delays or personal emergencies, does not entitle the participant to a refund outside of the stated policy.
